Congratulations to the Kiwi West Aquatics team at SNZ Junior Champs (All Stars) in Wellington this year. Together the team of 7 swimmers achieved a total of 46 top-10 placings.

The event for under-13 swimmers was run at the Wellington Regional Aquatic Centre (WRAC) from 29th – 30th January 2021.

Our club swimmers were supported by parents and our club coach (Andrew Nicholls).

The team set personal best (PB) times in 89% of their event entries (55 events).

The combined medals tally the KWA team were:

• Gold – 10
• Silver – 8
• Bronze – 5

Thanks to all who supported the swimmers to prepare and compete at this event.

The team also won the top points for a club 51 to 100 swimmers for both All Stars Zone (Wellington Meet) and overall SNZ Junior National points.
