Based on our coach assessment each swimmers is assigned a training squad. This reflects their training objectives, skill-set, and fitness level.

Each training squad has a number of training times through the week that you can choose to attend. This gives you the freedom to choose training times that suit your schedule. We call this the Squad Schedule and it is subject to change depending on squad sizes.

A new schedule begins on Monday 30 March 2026, the details will be emailed out. Please contact the coach if you have any questions.

Our summer schedule is ending, and we will return to training at the West End Aquatic Centre.
