Gold Medal Girls 14-14 400IM

Recently Mya Rasmussen traveled to Australia to compete at the 2015 Georgina Hope Foundation Australian Age Swimming Championships.

Mya faced some extremely talented and fast swimmers at this meet but still managed to pick up a Gold medal for the Girls 14-14 400IM with a time of 4:57.21.

Oldest Manawatu LC Record Smashed

Mya also managed to smash the oldest Manawatu Long Course Record on the books, the Open 200m Fly previously set by Pamela Croad in a time of 2:20.10 on the 3rd Feb 1985.  Mya set a new time of 2:19.12L
